Finally, we're Back to School!

I've gotta say, I felt like last night was Hungry Ghost Festival, coz Yu Qin and I had to rush from one performance to another, and had to change our costumes within the shortest time possible, which included props and other miscellaneous stuff. However, it was all worth it!

Firstly, the song was not possible if not for the girl, yeah, that girl! She had to learn and practise the song, and had to go high and low to find a keyboard. Above and beyond, she had to set aside time for practice when she already slept for less than 5hrs on the average. She's just amazing, considering the fact that I 'invited' her to complete the song even though she didn't want to. Yet behind that unwillingness was a kind and lovely heart, who stood by me to calm me when I was nervous and unsettled. What else can I say?

For the performance by AABS22, it was simply the best performance we've had, the ultimate form of esprit de corp, the display of enthusiasm and the enjoyment of fun. Most of the seniors surrounded the stage to cheer us on, that was when we realized that we had so many seniors! It was through the months of hard work, that the array was finally showcased! It was through the trying time, we sticked together. Many wanted to throw in the towel, but didn't. People say that there are angels in the office, I totally agree.

Though we don't know where the angels are, but we know they're there, gently holding on to us, sublty encouraging us or even, just being around to listen and cry with us. Sometimes, all we need to do is to slow down, close our eyes and look around, and we'd realize that everything is beautiful...
